If he clears waivers, Boyd will start the campaign with AHL Tucson, where he’ll likely be one of the first callups in the event of injury.

He also went 4-3-0 with a 3.98 GAA and an .880 save percentage in seven NHL appearances with the Coyotes during the 2022-23 campaign. Prosvetov finds himself behind just Karel Vejmelka and Connor Ingram on Arizona’s organizational goalie depth chart.
- Coyotes’ Dylan Guenther: Starting campaign in AHLRotowire OCT 8, 2023Guenther was assigned to the AHL on Saturday.Guenther played 33 games with Arizona last season, tallying six goals and 15 points before he was reassigned to the WHL. The 20-year-old winger will start the 2023-24 campaign with AHL Tucson, though he should eventually work his way into the Coyotes’ lineup, as Guenther was drafted ninth overall in 2021.
