Dbacks beat the Braves 7-5

The Diamondbacks Christian Walker broke a 5-5 tie with a Bases Loaded walk which scored Corbin Caroll and the Diamondbacks added a run and then in the 9th brought in Paul Sewald to close any did the job by retiring three Braves in order for the save.

It was the other guys of the line of the did the job including  Eugenio Suarez.  Suarez has been on a tear of late as he get a homer and drove in three versus the Braves on Wednesday. Slade cecconi started this game he went forwarding his lot for his three earned runs,  walk two and struck out three.  The D-backs would use five relievers close the game out.  The only one that struggled with Ryan Thompson but he eventually picked up the win he is now five and three on the season.

There’s one more game on the four game series It’s Max Fried vs Brandon Pfaadt at 6:40

Mr. Malik analysis

The D-backs have built some character of this past few weeks and you can tell there is still some there when it comes to falling behind the game or having a lead then blowing it and then finally finding way to win the game.  Once you get all the pieces together from the injured reserve that will help this team at least maybe they can play three to four weeks that’s what they need to get the last wildcard.
