Cardinals’ Mack Wilson: Registers six tackles in return
Wilson tallied six tackles (four solo) during Saturday’s 13-9 loss to the Rams.
Wilson returned from a one-game absence Saturday after clearing the league’s five-step concussion protocols. He ended up playing 70 percent of the Cardinals‘ defensive snaps and finished tied with Jalen Thompson for third-most tackles on the team behind Kyzir White (eight) and Budda Baker (seven). Wilson is up to 73 combined tackles through 15 games, and he’ll look to match or surpass his career best from the 2019 campaign (82 tackles through 16 regular-season games) in Week 18 against the 49ers.

Cardinals’ Budda Baker: Nearly picks off Stafford
Baker logged seven tackles (one solo) and two pass defenses during the Cardinals‘ 13-9 loss to the Rams on Sunday.
Baker nearly picked off Matthew Stafford late in the second quarter on a pass intended for Tyler Higbee, but instead the Rams scored on the next play on a one-yard touchdown run by Kyren Williams. Baker has tallied at least seven combined tackles in all but one game this season, and his 155 combined tackles through 16 regular-season games is second-most in the NFL behind Zaire Franklin (165). With Arizona eliminated from playoff contention, Baker will look to finish the 2024 campaign on a high note against San Francisco on Sunday.

Cardinals’ Kyzir White: Team-high eight tackles vs. Rams
White finished Saturday’s 13-9 loss to the Rams with eight tackles (four solo).
White led the Cardinals in tackling Saturday and he has logged at least eight tackles in five of his last six games. He’s played in every single snap in 13 of 16 games, and for the season he’s up to 127 tackles (55 solo), including 2.5 sacks, two pass defenses (including one interception) and one fumble recovery. White and the Cardinals will look to finish the season out strong against the 49ers in Week 18.
