Suns’ Oso Ighodaro: Plays 17 minutes in loss
Ighodaro registered two points (1-4 FG), two rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 17 minutes during Tuesday’s 117-112 loss to Memphis.
Ighodaro saw a few extra minutes once again due to the fact Jusuf Nurkic is dealing with a muti-game suspension. Despite playing a somewhat consistent role, Ighodaro has been unable to move the needle. He has scored double-digit points only twice and is averaging 3.8 points and 3.7 rebounds in 15.9 minutes per game.

Suns’ Damion Lee: Rare sighting Tuesday
Lee produced zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt) across two minutes during Tuesday’s 117-112 loss to the Grizzlies.
Lee cracked the rotation for just the seventh time this season, bringing his total minutes played to 48. Even with a handful of injuries, the Suns have opted to go in another direction most nights, leaving Lee as nothing more than an emergency depth piece.

Suns’ Devin Booker: Flirts with double-double in return
Booker (groin) logged 16 points (4-20 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 6-6 FT), nine assists, four rebounds and one steal across 30 minutes during Tuesday’s 117-112 loss to the Grizzlies.
Booker returned from a five-game absence due to a left groin strain and was on a mild restriction, as he often plays 35-plus minutes in competitive contests like Tuesday’s. While Booker’s counting stats were adequate in his first game since Dec. 19, the poor efficiency from the field limited the overall value of his line. Assuming he experienced no setbacks with his groin Tuesday and can remain healthy, Booker should be able to improve upon this performance, starting with Saturday’s matchup against the Pacers.

Suns’ Bradley Beal: Departs with bruised hip
Beal has been ruled out for the remainder of Tuesday’s game against the Grizzlies due to a left hip contusion, Amanda Pflugrad of 3TV Phoenix reports. He recorded three points (1-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound, two assists and one steal over 12 minutes before exiting.
Beal evidently suffered the injury at some point during the first half and will be shut down for the rest of the evening. Ryan Dunn and Josh Okogie are next in line for opportunities on the wing with both Royce O’Neale (ankle) and Grayson Allen (shoulder) also out.
