Suns’ Nick Richards: Doubtful for Wednesday
Richards is doubtful for Wednesday’s game against the Rockets due to right ankle soreness.
This appears to be a new injury for Richards, leaving the Suns shorthanded in the frontcourt. With Richards expected to sit out, Mason Plumlee could claim the starting spot, and guys like Royce O’Neale and Bol Bol could potentially soak up additional minutes as well.

Suns’ Grayson Allen: Unlikely to play
Allen is doubtful to play Wednesday against the Rockets with left foot soreness.
This is a new issue for Allen, and it looks like he’ll miss at least one game. He’s been hot over his last five games, averaging 10.0 points, 2.8 assists, 1.4 rebounds and 2.0 three-pointers in 23.4 minutes while shooting 55.6 percent from beyond the arc. With Allen likely out, Tyus Jones, Royce O’Neale and Collin Gillespie are candidates to see increased run.

Suns’ Bradley Beal: Set to play against Houston
Beal will return to action Wednesday after missing Phoenix’s previous contest due to a left calf injury. The 31-year-old guard is averaging 19.6 minutes, 5.1 assists and 4.2 rebounds in 34.0 minutes across his last 10 appearances.

Suns’ Monte Morris: Doubtful for Wednesday
Morris (back) is listed as doubtful for Wednesday’s game against Houston.
Morris is expected to miss his fourth consecutive contest due to a back injury. The 29-year-old point guard has received little playing time of late, so his potential absence shouldn’t cause any waves in the rotation.
